Interstate 55 provides a four-lane north/south corridor through Tate County. Within 35 minute drive from Tate County there are also Interstate 22, Interstate 69, and Interstate 40. U.S. Highway 4 is the primary east/west corridor in Tate County and connects with Interstate 22 on the east and U.S. Highway 61 on the west. U.S. Highway 61 is designated to become Interstate 69.
