LOCATION & TIMES

The FIVE STAR CITY FEST (Arts & Crafts) will be held at Gabbert Park in historic downtown Senatobia, MS on Saturday, May 10, 2025.

Friday, May 9^th 4 pm – 10 pm, (Live music, Not Yo Mama’s 5k, BBQ Contest)

Saturday, May 10^th 9 am – 3 pm, (Arts & Crafts, Kid Zone, Car Show and BBQ Contest)

Saturday, May 10^th 3 pm – 11 pm, (Live Music and BBQ Contest)

ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

Space is approximately 20-25’, as needed, (on asphalt) – YOU MAY NOW SELL BEVERAGES

$125 per food space, Friday Night ONLY at Gabbert Park

$175 per food space, all day SATURDAY at Gabbert Park

$300 per food space, For Both days FRIDAY and SATURDAY at Gabbert Park

Entry deadline for food vendors is April 11, 2025.

· Applications must include a check for the full entry fee. Make checks payable to FIVE STAR CITY FEST, 135 N. Front Street, Senatobia, MS, 38668.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

An accepted application is a commitment on the part of the vendor to the show.
No refund will be made for FOOD VENDOR cancellations after April 18, 2025. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to Senatobia Main Street at 135 N. Front Street Senatobia, MS 38668.
No fees will be refunded in case of rain or inclement weather.

VENDOR SELECTION AND STANDARDS

You MAY SELL FOOD and BEVERAGES BUT NO OTHER MERCHANDISE MAY BE SOLD.
Concessionaires may only sell products listed in the vendor’s concession application and approved by the FIVE STAR CITY FEST.
The Concessionaires shall fully comply with all the festival requirements and directives.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Vendors are responsible for all equipment used.
The FIVE STAR CITY FEST is not responsible for the loss or damage of any items.
Vendors must stay for the entire event.
Booths must be manned at all times during the festival hours.
Each food vendor is responsible for collecting 9% sales tax on all food sales [7% Mississippi state sales tax PLUS 2% special tax] as required by law. We will provide the tax envelopes and sales tax will be collected 30 minutes before the festival is over. All taxes must be paid before you leave the festival.

VENDOR TRASH & CLEANUP

FIVE STAR CITY FEST provides general pickup and cleanup of the festival grounds after completion of the festival. HOWEVER, each concessionaire is expected to provide trash receptacles at the concessionaire’s booth during the festival and to do general cleanup of that booth area upon conclusion of the festival.
If you leave food, grease, or other trash at the festival site, you will NOT be asked to return the following year.

I agree to hereby and forever discharge Main Street Senatobia of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property, while in possession, supervision, or auspices of Main Street Senatobia its agent, representatives or employees. The undersigned has read and complies with all rules printed in this application.

Liability: In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge FIVE STAR CITY FEST, the State of MS, Tate County Economic Development Foundation, City of Senatobia, Senatobia Main Street, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, promoters, and servants and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of FIVE STAR CITY FEST of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to his/ her person or property. Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or participant assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction of control of entrants.
